Priya K. Young, M.D., joined Dawes Fretzin Dermatology in September, 2007. Priya was born and raised on the north side of Indianapolis. After completing her undergraduate degree at Purdue University, she received her M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine.. Priya then moved to Milwaukee to complete her dermatology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin where she served as Chief Resident during her final year of training. Dr. Young became board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 2005.
Before joining our group, Dr. Young was an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin working with residents in a teaching capacity in addition to her clinical responsibilities. She has a special interest in medical dermatology and in patients with complex dermatologic conditions. She has significant experience in pediatric dermatology as well.
