Facials can address many skin conditions such as aging, acne, pigmentation, irritation and redness. Our estheticians use treatments and products to address your specific skin issues to make your skin fresh and radiant.
Skin care specialists recommend that, ideally, people have a professional facial about every three to four weeks. This is the amount of time it takes your skin to move through the full life cycle of skin cell growth and exfoliation. A facial helps that process along.
If you are unable to come in for a facial every three to four weeks, aim to come in at least once a season. The humidity and sun in the warmer months can lead to breakouts or sun damage, and the cold air of the winter months can dry your skin out. Seeing a skin care specialist at least four times a year will help will help protect you from seasonal exposure and help to maintain skin health.
We recognize that every patient’s skin is different, so we design the facial around your specific concerns. Each Ultrasonic Facial might be a little different for each patient, depending on what your concerns are and what your skin needs.
Your esthetician will use the Ultrasonic Machine as part of your facial to both exfoliate and infuse your skin if appropriate.
This facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions both manually and ultrasonically if necessary, ultrasonic infusions and facial massage that leave the skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Your esthetician may suggest add-ons to your facial depending on your skin’s concerns. These concerns may be due to the season, additional stress or an upcoming special event.
For pigmentation, for example, your esthetician may recommend adding a light chemical peel to lift pigmented cells from the skin’s surface. For excessive vellus hair or “peach fuzz,” your esthetician might suggest adding a dermaplane to your facial to remove these fine hairs.
Add-ons elevate this facial to a highly-personalized, skin-specific service.
